  2. Is there a version that works with macOS Mojave 10.14 ?

    1. Hi Nicole,

      Unfortunately, no.

A notice was posted on the Remote Working website this week. It includes the following message:

Notice: Issue with Aruba VPN client for Mac users

Aruba has informed Macquarie IT that there will be a delay in the release of Aruba Virtual Instant Access (VIA) clients compatible with Apple iOS 12 and the upcoming release of macOS Mojave (10.14).

Aruba advises customers to delay upgrading to iOS 12 or macOS Mojave if VIA support is required.

Macquarie IT will advise when the Aruba VIA v3.0.3 for iOS 12 will be available for download from the App Store.

      1. Hi Andrew,

        Thanks for the reply.

As Lisa Yen mentions below, there is indeed a version for iOS 12 which works and can be downloaded via One thing to note is that on the app store the old version is still available (listed as Aruba Networks VIA), so don't use that. Instead download via the above link or else make sure you download the version named "Aruba Virtual Intranet Access by Aruba Networks".

Until an updated version for macOS Mojave is released, my current work-around to give my laptop access to the vis is:

        • share my iPhone's internet connection,

        • run the new iOS app and connect to MQ's vpn,

        • then connect my laptop to the iPhone's shared connection

Hope this helps anyone who's already upgraded to macOS Mojave.

    2. The new version is now available via Apple Store.

  3. iOS 12 release appears to already be available on App Store?
